XAU/USD Technical Outlook: Gold price falls below $3,050
At the time of writing, gold price is falling, and sellers continue to push the price down, with the goal of challenging the $3,000 mark. Although the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is on the verge of falling below neutral levels, this may be the latest sign of gold's upcoming pullback.
If the day of gold closes below $3,000, the next support will be the 50-day simple moving average (SMA) of $2,937, followed by the $2,900 level. On the other hand, if XAU/USD rises slightly, the buyer needs to regain $3,100 to restore control.
