XM：周四，由于德黑兰方面表示美伊停火协议的几项条款遭到违反，市场对停火的乐观情绪消退，前一日大跌的国际油价重新反弹，周三美伊达成停火的消息一度令WTI原油暴跌超14%、布伦特跌近12%，双双失守100美元大关。在华盛顿承诺暂停对伊朗的空袭两周并与伊朗展开对话后，市场情绪依然谨慎，因为具体细节仍不明朗。

自一天前宣布停火和所谓的海峡开放以来，海峡交通状况也几乎没有变化。周三，霍尔木兹海峡仍基本处于封锁状态，数百艘船只寻求出口。彭博社汇编的船舶追踪数据显示，周三仅有三艘船被观察到离开该地区。据悉两艘满载的中国油轮停泊在霍尔木兹海峡附近，它们有望成为在美伊停火协议生效仅一天后首批离开波斯湾的油轮。船东们希望搞清，在美伊两国于周三晚间宣布停火协议后，是否能够安全通过这条至关重要的水道。

此前，华盛顿承诺暂停对伊朗的空袭两周，并寻求与伊朗进行对话，这引发了跨资产市场的反弹。然而，以色列在黎巴嫩的袭击以及霍尔木兹海峡的持续有效封锁，有可能破坏停火协议。市场人士指出，当前恢复到冲突前的状态十分困难。

多家航运机构8日表示宣布停火后已有船舶通行，然而就在以色列袭击黎巴嫩后不久，伊朗方面便叫停了海峡油轮通行。据伊朗新闻电视台8日报道，霍尔木兹海峡已完全关闭，一些油轮被迫返航，仍有大量船舶滞留。此前特朗普同意停火两周的前提条件是伊朗"全面、立即且安全地"开放霍尔木兹海峡，而伊朗方面虽同意开放，却要求船只"经过与伊朗武装部队协调"。双方围绕"海峡由谁管、通行费由谁收"的控制权争夺，并未因停火而化解。

美伊首轮会谈将于4月11日在伊斯兰堡举行，4月24日谈判期结束后，谈判的结果将直接左右油价走向与波动大小。分析人士预计，在谈判期间，国际油价大概率会维持高位震荡模式。如果谈判有一定进展，霍尔木兹海峡航运陆续恢复，油价可能会在90美元/桶左右波动。

高盛的基本预期是，从本周末开始，经由霍尔木兹海峡的能源流动将逐渐增加，随后波斯湾的出口将在一个月内逐步恢复到战前水平。在此情景下，布伦特原油第三季度均价预计为每桶82美元，第四季度为每桶80美元。

如果谈判在核心分歧上僵持不下，或以色列对黎巴嫩的打击持续升级导致伊朗退出停火协议，霍尔木兹海峡将再度陷入长期封锁。高盛警告，若霍尔木兹海峡再关闭一个月，布伦特原油价格到2026年将平均每桶超过100美元。另有分析指出，如果出现停产时间延长和部分地区产量下降的情形，布伦特原油在第三季度可能达到每桶120美元、第四季度达到每桶115美元。

油价大跌后的走势，取决于4月11日伊斯兰堡谈判桌上美伊代表的表态，以及霍尔木兹海峡是否逐渐恢复通行。短期来看，油价将在高位震荡中反复试探——反弹至100美元附近可能遭遇获利了结抛压，回踩90美元一线则因地缘风险溢价未完全消散而获得支撑。
